 FOUNDATIONS  FRAMING
 FLAT ROOF
     

The foundations are made as a uniformed slab of reinforced concrete with ground beams included.  It is designed for each and every structure to support and transfer its loads to the ground.  Steel forms are used to set concrete in for high accuracy.

The frame is formed using structural steel members.  it is designed to resist the appropriate dead, live, wind and seismic loads in line with local and European building regulations.  Without welding, members are connected with high tension bolts.

Frame of cold formed "Z" type roof joists fixed. OSB

Construction plywood. Treated for humidity fixed on roof joists.

Fiber cement board. A non-combustible cementitious. autoclaved, lightweight board whose main ingredients are cement, silicasand and treated cellulose fibers.  It is unaffected by water,  Ultraviolet rays and corrosive salt air.

Covered with acrylic felt paper.

 ROOF  CEILINGS  FIRST FLOOR DECKING
     
 
Frame of cold formed omega type roof purlings fixed on the main structure.

OSB construction plywood. Treated for humidity.
Covered with acrylic felt paper.

French style clay roof tiles with weight tolerance greater than 250 Kg, low water absorption and zero water penetration.
 
Frame of metal galvanized members, omega type, place on the main structure using HEX self drilled screws at intervals of 40cm.

Glass wool insulation of thermal value (U=0.0714) place on entire surface.

Plaster board Knauf 12.5mm according to the specs DIN, ASTM, BS, ISO, CEN.
Steel floor joists attached to the main frame with self drilled HEX screws.

 EXTERIOR WALLS  EXTERIOR COATING  INTERIOR WALLS
     

Frame of metal galvanized studs and trucks of 20cm width, placed at intervals of 40cm applied with self drilled flat head screws on connecting points.

OSB construction plywood, treated for humidity.

Elastomeric, acrylic stucco finish of high impact and abrasion resistance, UV resistant and moisture resistant (ASTM D2247)
 
Frame of metal galvanised studs and trucks of 10cm width placed at intervals of 40cm, applied with self drilled flat head screws on connecting points.

Plaster board Knauf 12.5mm according to the specs DIN, ASTM, BS, ISO, CEN.

Glass Wool insulation 10cm width of thermal value (U=0.0714) placed in all cavities.

Taping and plastering of all connection points.

Premium quality, emulsion paint for interior use.
